Unfortunately, FX Solutions does not provide additional support for Expert Advisors.

If you would like more information on MetaTrader4 Expert Advisors, log onto your account on the MetaTrader4 platform, then press F1 on your keyboard or select Help>Help Topics from the menu. You can then perform a search for "Expert Advisors."

You can only use MetaTrader4 on your Apple computer if it is running Windows or Windows emulation. For Intel Macs, use Parallels or Boot Camp. For Power PC Macs use Virtual PC 7 or above.

1. Go to the Start Menu and select Control Panel
2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs
3. In the list of currently installed programs locate FX Solutions MetaTrader 4.00
4. Select FX Solutions MetaTrader 4.00 and click Remove
5. Once step 4 is complete, exit out of the Control Panel
6. Go to the Start Menu and select My Computer
7. Select Local Disk (C:)
8. Open the Program Files folder and delete the FX Solutions MetaTrader folder
7. Close all windows and restart your computer

To switch from your MetaTrader4 practice account to your live trading account or vice versa:

1. Click File and then select Login
2. Type your login ID and password for the account you want to log into
3. Within the Server box click the dropdown and the server you want to log into
4. If you would like to save the details for the next time you login, check the Save Information box.

1. Click Tools on the top navigation bar
2. Select Options > Change. A new window will open.
3. Enter your current password and a new password
4. Confirm the new password
5. Click OK

Log in & go to the menu at the top, select View > Languages, and select the language in which you wish to use the platform. Then, close the program and re-open it. The platform will now be displayed in the language you selected.

To trade from the charts, right-click on the chart you want and then choose the Trading option. Then, select New Order, and choose the type of order you want to place.

To change the leverage on your MetaTrader account, please complete and submit

To change your lot size, you can either choose a lot size from the Volume drop down menu or type a value in the Volume field on the Order window.

The Default lot size is 1.0 (100,000).
- To place a trade size of 100,000 (Standard), enter 1 in the Volume field.
- To place a trade size of 10,000 (Mini), enter 0.1 in the Volume field.
- To place a trade size of 1,000 (Micro), enter 0.01 in the Volume field.

The default lot size is equal to the lot size of the last order you placed.

To change the currency pair order, left-click on a pair and drag it to the position where you want it. It will replace the existing pair and lower the order of the remaining pairs.

To view Swap Rates, also known as "cost of carry," "premiums," and "rollover rates," follow these steps:

1. Right-click anywhere in the Market Watch window
2. Left-click on Symbols
3. Highlight an Instrument by left-clicking on it
4. Left-click the Properties Button
