Whom is IFX Markets merging with?
IFX Markets is merging with FX Solutions, LLC. As a result of the merger, IFX Markets will become a branch of FX Solutions.

FX Solutions is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and is a Forex Dealer Member of the National Futures Association (NFA ID No. 0312620). FX Solutions has been an NFA member since 2002 and has been subject to the stringent financial requirements enforced by the CFTC and NFA.

The headquarters of FX Solutions are in Saddle River, New Jersey.

What are the reasons for the merger?
IFX Markets and FX Solutions are both wholly-owned subsidiaries of City Index Group Limited. The merger will help to consolidate the businesses and improve efficiencies, in turn, enabling us to continue to provide you with great customer service, and expanded products and services.

What does the merger mean for my account?
At this time, you do not need to make any changes to your account or contact FX Solutions. You can continue to trade Forex as you have been, accessing your trading account with the same username and password.

The same IFX office that has professionally handled your account inquiries in the past will continue to provide customer support right after the merger. The contact numbers for that office have not changed. Please click here for IFX contact information.

IFX Markets will no longer be the counterparty to your Forex trades; FX Solutions will be the counterparty.

What trading platform does FX Solutions offer?
As a customer of FX Solutions, we encourage you to review our GTS trading platforms. Our GTS trading platforms offer traders the same liquidity, execution and trading functionality demanded by interbank traders. We offer four different ways to trade (GTS Pro, GTS Web, GTS Mobile and AccuCharts) with one single username and password. Please visit FX Solutions' website www.fxsolutions.com/trading/platforms.asp for additional information on the advantages of trading on GTS.

What if I do not want to be a customer of FX Solutions?
At any time, if you do not wish to be a customer of FX Solutions, you may contact IFX Markets to liquidate your positions and close your account.

Where will customer funds be held?
Funds of IFX customers will continue to be held at Commerce Bank & Trust.

Why is your spread higher?
As a Forex trader with FX Solutions, you are dealing directly with the market maker in an electronic exchange, and that eliminates ticket cost and brokerage fees. The only cost in executing a trade with us is reflected in the bid/ask spread.

How financially strong is FX Solution?
FX Solutions is registered with the CFTC as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and is a member of the National Futures Association (NFAID:0312620). FX Solutions is accountable to the stringent standards of capital adequacy and financial reporting enforced by the National Futures Association.

Will I need to change my trading platform?
Not at this time, but we encourage you to review our GTS trading platforms.
