Q: What are your commissions and fees?

Traders using FX Solutions' Global Trading System are dealing directly with the market maker in an electronic exchange, and that eliminates ticket cost and brokerage fees. Trading with FX Solutions incurs no costs other than those reflected in the bid/ask spread.


Q: What are your trading hours?

A:

FX Solutions offers its customers 24-hour trading support from Sunday at 17:15 Eastern Time through Friday at 16:30 Eastern Time. For our hours during weeks that include major holidays, please see our website home page for any changes to the regular 24-hour weekly schedule.


Q: Does FX Solutions offer any additional services?

FX Solutions firmly believes that education is key to successful Forex trading and trading in spot metals . Our website helps traders learn how to trade forex by providing a number of educational resources, including tutorials for all our platforms, and a video course in the form of a 130-part video series. This forex trading course will help you learn forex trading quickly and efficiently.

Q: What are FX Solutions' margin requirements?

The Global Trading System (GTS) Pro platform provides a benefit most of our competitors cannot: the FX Solutions Global Trading System calculates margin in real time for every currency pair. The platform determines margin based on how much leverage you have selected.


Q: Can I place orders over the phone?

A:

Yes, you can place trading orders by telephone. The dealing desk will quote you a two-way price, and you may then trade on either side; once the dealing desk has confirmed the trade with you, they will enter the completed trade into your GTS account. Please click here for our toll-free numbers.
